![]() Thus the oregon 7 tooth option may just be replacement option for the original 7 tooth race. The 7 and 8 tooth races have same inside diameter, but different outside diameters, assumtion since different part numbers. Concern different original part numbers, so assume the 7 and 8 tooth sprockets and races have different diameters. So far so good, now my questions and concerns.ฤก) Does this bearing go on the race or the spline itself? Kind of defeats purpose of the race. These options require their own bearing as well. They do offer the Rim sprocket system 30666x or the pro spur 30681x. Oregon does not offer any 8 tooth sprockets. My question is if I convert this over to some of Oregon's parts. Correct me if I my assumption is in error. I assume that means they are not interchangeable. But the race, bearing, and sprocket part numbers are all different between the options. I assume the spline is the same for all the variances of this years model. One with a drum whose inner diamter of 2 5/8" and one of 3". There seems to be two different sized a63346 sprockets. The parts in issue are the needle bearing 72311 and the sprocket a63346. The saw runs great, but finding the wearable replaceable parts is getting tougher. I have a Homelite Super XL Auto, sn 42253357, 16 inch bar, with the optional 3/8 pitch 8 tooth sprocket part number A63346. ![]()
